What is the Spirit of Leadership Conference?
The "Spirit of Leadership" conference is a fun, exciting and transformational day dedicated to acknowledging and training the 2011 "Spirit of Leadership" award recipients. The conference is a special day of connection, inspiration and transformation for middle & high school girls.
Our content addresses age appropriate topics relevant to teens - the goal is to create a supportive and safe environment for young women to learn about themselves and each other. The conference includes keynote speakers, a powerful mentor experience along with fun, high energy, interactive exercises and special guests. The day is remarkable, and it changes the lives of many attendees (including the adults involved!). This high energy experience is our signature event where the 2011 "Spirit of Leadership Award" recipients are honored and celebrated for being San Diego's rising stars.
