Successfully navigating through life as a teen in the world as it is today is not easy. Spirit of Leadership provides a positive year-round program to empower, educate and support young women as they become leaders in their own lives and communities.

This session is a three part journey where participants will receive insight, inspiration, guidance and practical tools for creating a life where they know themselves well, connect with and claim their personal values while surrounded by a community of friends & mentors that support and celebrate them.

Discover Your Inner Glow

What would YOU make your life be about if you had all the control? What would you get rid of? If you could organize your life around how you like to feel, what feelings would you choose? Our special guests join us to facilitate “Lighten Up: Exfoliation for your LIFE!” a fun interactive session that will give you a new way to look at yourself and your life. Through experiential exercises, journaling and sharing in small groups you will tap into what you love about being YOU, and how to have your life filled with more of what you want in it.

Cultivate & Celebrate Sisterhood

A powerful session where attendees will join forces with our team of successful women leaders serving as “mentors for the day” to explore the strength and opportunity that is available from the women in our lives. Great things happen when women choose to support, celebrate and elevate each other. Teens and mentors will learn how to cultivate sisterhood in the relationships with the supportive women in their lives – mothers, aunts, grandmothers, sisters, teachers, coaches, youth leaders and friends.

Choose Gratitude!

Walking with grace is the sign of a true leader. One way to show up each day with polish and grace, even under the greatest of pressure, is to take a look at life through the lens of gratitude. We may not be able to control all that happens to us and around us in life – we can choose how we respond to the experiences that cross our path. This experiential session will provide a model for leading life with a positive spirit, a resilient perspective and great strength of heart.
