Leadership Workshop Shows Local Girls That They Matter

San Diego, CA – Young women in San Diego have forgotten how much they matter. They matter to themselves, to their families, to their friends, and to their communities. The Jenna Druck Center aims to change that and inspire young women to change how they see themselves and become leaders in their own lives at its upcoming ‘You Matter’ Leadership Workshop.

The workshop brings incredible guest speakers, Matthew Emerzian, founder of Every Monday Matters and Kathy Cuff, Senior Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies, who will engage the girls in learning the skills and tools they need to move from being a beginner to a competent achiever in any task or situation, as well as what they can do every week to make a difference in their communities. More information about the workshop and the guest speakers is available at www.jennadruckcenter.org/youmatterworkshop.

Date: Saturday May 11, 2013
Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Barracks 17, Liberty Station (2710 Historic Decatur Rd., San Diego, CA 92106)
