The Jenna Druck Foundation was founded by Dr. Ken Druck, in honor of his daughter, Jenna, who tragically passed away when she was just 21. In celebration of Jenna's commitment to leadership and positive change, the Young Women’s Leadership program was established, offering girls year-round opportunities to learn and practice honoring themselves and each other. The Spirit of Leadership Conference is one of the program highlights, and just one of many ways the foundation gives back to girls in our community. For over thirteen years the Young Women's Leadership program has celebrated emerging leaders in San Diego County. The program encourages these young women, offering guidance and training for enhancing the leadership qualities that lie within them. The curriculum provides an environment that encourages self-discovery, collaboration and growth, and centers on the annual Spirit of Leadership Conference.
